yahoooo i tried on some dresses today for the FIRST time ever since the engagement! aside from my mom being on the edge of crying happy tears, it was such a great day :) i absolutely loved trying on all the dresses. some were so big, i couldn't keep them up! but they pinned them down and then i turned into a princess right before mommy's eyes. overall, i must have tried on 8 dresses. not bad for the first time eh? here's a quick pointer for all you other future brides to be: you know those ripped advertisements of dresses you keep because you absolutely adore it on the model and think it will look good on you? well it might not always turn out that way in reality. lots of pronovias and san patrick dresses i clipped from magazines because i toootally fancied those babies... turned out to be really plain or didn't look that great on me :( i was so sad because i sent everyone links to those dresses and we all thought i was gunna end up with one of them. another thing i noticed was lots of those dresses come in off white, ivory and yellowish.. yuck! i'll just take the white please! omg imagine a blood red colored dress? no thanks! i am not marrying a vampire, that's for sure. i'm marrying just the opposite, an angel! so anyway, what i really wanted to say in this posting is this: i am down to two dresses! i can't pick between the two but i think that by tonight i will make my choice. not because i have to but because the suspense is just killing me. ok so one is like a mermaid sorta style, and the other is puffy but not excessively puffy... it reminds me of cinderella and i think i have the honor to dress like her just one day in my life. i mean, really, us girls can't wear these kinds of dresses everyday. a wedding is just the place to dress up like that.. and not just any wedding, MY wedding! teddy says he'll love any dress i choose to wear. and i know he will :) i never thought i would wanna dress like a princess, but thinking about it just now made me realize that i only get one chance to do that, infront of everyone attending our 'ball'. now all i need is a mouse called gus and a pumpkin for a limo... gee i wonder if lincoln makes any of those.. hahahaha ohhh the fun of planning a wedding!
